Fall in St. Paul

I am always inspired by the light and the colours of Autumn. From the grandiose views of the North Shore to the micro views of our St. Paul neighborhood, I feel the warmth in their colours. The textures, while rough to the touch are still pleasing to my eye.

If only Autumn would last a few more months.

Playing With Light

I've had a few new toys to play with and I'm getting excited to play with light again.

1) Honeycomb grids for my PowerLight 1250.  I love being able to isolate the light on what I want to add some drama

2) 6ft x 4ft Softbox.  Technically it's not mine but my buddy allows me to play with it.  OMG it's like asking God to shine light where you want it.

3) A second SB800 The Master/Remote relationship gives me a level of freedom I haven't had in a while.

It's like being a boy again.

Hey dude!
Still doing ok. Life has just got hectic and I don't know how to slow down this ride called life.

Heading to Montana with my Dad at the end of the month. So I might hook up with actionfx (Al Ward) and have a few brews.

Hi Greg,
